So been following this project since the very early days it was mentioned on posts and thought would ask what's happening.

Unfortunately for us the last part of 2014 was very grim family wise, but for mid 2015 (after May), PX is very much on my radar although I may well do a little work on it before hand - put another way, I now what I want to do, its now just the doing and the funding

Post Re: Projekt X- The rulebook
Perhaps surprisingly, I have drafted up the first part of the basic rules. I hope to give these a bit of a try out in a week or so. I 'think' I have solved the one aspect of gameplay that I wanted to include, but hadn't found a suitable way of dealing with. A play test will soon tell me one way or the other.

If they work they way I want them to, I can then crack on with part 2 and expand the rules for all the details of a WW2 / Heroic / Weird style of game.

There was progress, then there was a PC failure which wasn't helpful :?

I am motivated to get on with the rules though, as I recently purchased a collection of our painted 1/48th WW2 miniatures which will be great for photos

First however I need to try and get past the 1 sticking point on a rules mechanic that I would like to achieve as the last attempt was unsatisfactory

Its been a busy year work wise and being blunt, I don't like the rules mechanisms I have written. I need to have a rethink..

I may just write up the background to try and catch a bit more inspiration, currently I am stuck between a pure skirmish game and something more 'unit based' with flexibility for individual models to go and do their own thing but making the latter satisfactory is not really coming together currently.
